Natural supplements and its effect could have both sides, a good or a harmful effect. But the worst is consuming supplements which claim to be natural but branding something like that doesn’t make it a worthy candidate in the race.
If any supplements claim to have active natural ingredients, its concentration must be considered because it may vary from one person’s health to another. For instance, cooked garlic is safe for consumption. Still, if that same garlic is consumed raw, it may have more concentration, and people on anticoagulation blood-thinning therapy might experience a risk of bleeding.
Sometimes consuming natural antibiotics and already prescribed antibiotic drugs could harm you more than curing the condition. It is best that before consuming any supplements or even going out of the way to ingest some new source of the natural antibacterial ingredient, one must consult the physician to weigh the pros and cons of the food item.
