Just like melons, berries of a different kind contains only 15 grams of carbs per cup of juice. Thus having berries is a safer and sweeter choice too.
- Low-calorie drinks
Have water. If you can quit all the drinks you consume in your day-to-day life and just stick to drinking water, than its guaranteed that you will live a life way more healthier than you contemplate. But in real, this kind of a thing is near to impossible to do. So what actually can be done is switching to low calorie drinks and putting a ban on others.
- High fiber and whole grain foods
High fiber foods are good for health and termed as to be very beneficial for our body. They contain a little amount of carbs but still help manage the glucose levels in our blood.
- Protein
Eat foods filled with protein. It will not only help to control blood sugar level, but will also keep a check on your weight.
- Good fat
Good fat includes olive oil, fatty fishes, avocado etc. Having these in a generous amount is very beneficial for the body.
